The Phillips County 4-H Council in conjunction with the local 4-H clubs will be hosting a Community Coat Exchange. Individuals who are in need of a winter coat may come to the Phillips County Extension Office Annex and browse the selection of coats. Those who have coats that are clean and still in good, wearable condition, may take them to this location to be donated. The remaining coats will be donated to the Orphan Grain Train and disperse throughout Kansas and the rest of the United States.

Celebration of Lights will be held December 7th, 2019 from 11:30am to 2pm at the Phillips County Courthouse Square. Meet Santa, Mrs. Claus, Grinch, Cindy Lou Who plus many more. Hay Rack Rides, Hot dogs and hot drinks.
