[ARCHIVED] Phillipsburg Chamber & Main Street Halloween Spooktacular

Downtown Phillipsburg was filled with goblins, princesses, superheros, and many more as they came to join in the trick or treating. While it was a cold day the event at the community building and local businesses was a great success. Thank you to the volunteers and businesses who helped to make it a fun time.
