How Can I Pay the City?

Pay By Credit Card

, Debit Card, or Electronic Check

To make an electronic payment use this link KanPay.  You will be required to enter an e-mail address to obtain your receipt.  There will be a service fee charged by KanPay  to provide this service.  Your payment is not complete until it has passed authorization, settlement and the transaction fee is received by the City of Phillipsburg.  KanPay is not owned or operated by the City of Phillipsburg.

Pay By Mail

You can mail your payment to:
City of Phillipsburg
P.O. Box 447
Phillipsburg, KS 67661

Pay In Person

To pay your city utility bill or municipal court fine in person, come to the City Clerk's Office at 945 Second Street. You may come into the office to pay by using the drive-up window on the west side of the building, or place it in the night deposit just north of the drive-up window.

Automatic Withdrawal from Bank Account

The City of Phillipsburg can withdraw your utility bill payment from your bank account automatically each month if you sign up for the program.

You receive your monthly utility bill just like always and the payment is deducted from your account on the due date. This will save you time and money as you will not longer need to issue a check for payment. The best thing is you will never pay late fees again.

Contact the City Office at (785) 543-5234 or fill out the Automated Payments Form and return to the City Office to sign up.
