[ARCHIVED] Sewer Ordinances Passed by City Council

On March 7, 2022, Phillipsburg City Council passed two new sewer ordinances. Ordinance #1439 increases the the fee of sewer connections to $25.00. Ordinance #1440 amends city code 15-403b to transfer sewer funds to the equipment reserve account as the City Council deems necessary.
