Beginning April 3, 2017, the City of Phillipsburg will be performing maintenance work at the water treatment plant. This work will require the water softening process to be discontinued until the work is completed. Customers may notice some water discoloration during this time. The water is still safe to drink and use. Normal operations are expected to return by April 15, 2017. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your patience.
