Beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017, the Phillipsburg City water will be shut off for maintenance for customers south of State Street. The Public Works Department will be installing a new valve which will allow the department to work on leaks in the future with less disruption to service. Plans are to complete this work before noon. Service will be restored as quickly as possible.
Water customers south of State Street may experience a complete loss of service while others may only have a loss of pressure or very low flow. The City of Phillipsburg apologizes for any inconvenience this causes. Your patience is appreciated as we complete this important work.
