[ARCHIVED] Ordinance #1409 Pertaining to the Keeping of Bees within the City of Phillipsburg

At the November 6 Phillipsburg City Council meeting, an ordinance pertaining to the keeping of bees within the City of Phillipsburg was adopted. Beekeeping and ordinances related to this had been discussed at the Planning Commission meetings after a citizen had asked about the possibility of having bees. The Planning Commission recommended the adoption of the ordinance. Ordinance #1409 can be seen in full by using the link.
