Beginning at 8 a.m. until no later than noon on Tuesday, December 19, the water for Phillipsburg customers on 2nd Street north of State Street to Maple Street will be shut off. The Public Works Department will be installing a valve in the water system. The City of Phillipsburg apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
