[ARCHIVED] City Office Lobby Closed to Public

Based upon recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the City of Phillipsburg is implementing community-based interventions like social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19, commonly referred to as coronavirus.

Beginning tomorrow, March 17th, the city office lobby will be closed to the public.  The drive thru on the west side will remain open during regular business hours.

The city is encouraging water utility customers to use the following services to pay utility bills:

  • Visit www.cityofphillipsburg.com
  • Call 785-543-5234 and pay with card over the phone
  • Use the drop box on the west side of the city office to pay with a check
