[ARCHIVED] New Ordinance Adopted to Establish Bad Debt Admin Fees

On December 21, 2020, the City Council adopted Ordinance #1431 and repealed Ordinance #1352. The new ordinance states the debtor shall be responsible for all reasonable collection fees. This applies to all utility bills and other charges determined to be a bad debt that are turned over to a collection agency.
