CONTEST RULES: Photos should be 1 MB or larger and unaltered. Do not crop, adjust colors, or apply filters. Open to all ages. All photos must be accompanied by a photo release form and all photos entered become permanent property of the City of Phillipsburg. Personal information provided with the photo is for contest use only and will not be shared in any way. Name of photographer will be used for announcing winners. Contest will be judged by City Website Redesign Committee. City employees, council members, and website committee members are not eligible for prizes.
