Located at 520 South Seventh Street, the former Kansas Army National Guard building is now owned and operated by the City of Phillipsburg. The building is home to the Phillipsburg Aquatic Facility, the Wellness Center, and Kansas Drivers License Examiner's Office.

A 5,700-square-foot (95' x 60') room is available for rent. It has been used for auctions, wedding receptions, parties, and much more. A small kitchen area is included in the rental of the large room.  The kitchen area includes a double sink along with a household type refrigerator and electric stove.  Reservations accepted at the City Office during regular hours, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., excluding holidays.

Rentals fees are required to be paid prior to reservation date. Rental rate is $200 per day for the event, $50 per day for setup and tear down, $10 an hour (4 hour max).

A $250 cleaning deposit is required for full day events. Renter will be held responsible for damage to tables, chairs and other equipment.  Lost key replacement fee is $100.
