NOTICE: ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE APPROVED AHEAD BY CITY OFFICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

Online requests are NOT VALID until the approved email reply is received. Entry without prior approval is TRESPASSING.

  *** All rentals must sign a rental agreement, pay fees, and check out a key prior to reservation date!

Located at 425 F Street, the building is owned and operated by the City of Phillipsburg. 

A 6,800-square-foot (85' x 80') gym is available for rent.  Reservations are accepted at the City Office during regular hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. excluding holidays.

All rentals must be prepaid.  $250.00 deposit required for full day events. Renter is responsible for all damage done to the facility, tables, or chairs.  The facility must be cleaned when rental is complete. Lost key replacement fee $100. 

22 - 8' tables are available for use upon request

107 - metal folding chairs are available for use upon request.

Hourly rental rate is $10 per hour (4 hr max).

$100.00 per day for the event.

$25.00 per day for set up and clean up.
